How to Rent Edenton Inn . . . 
1.  Check availability (scroll down to calendar) 
2.  Contact owner to confirm availability of desired dates (scroll down to contact form) 
3.  Obtain written confirmation of availability (via e-mail)
4.  Secure 1st night of anticipated stay with non-refundable deposit (below)
5.  Sign and return Contracted Rental Agreement
6.  Pay the balance of Contracted Rental Rate 24 hrs. before check-in (below) 3 Night Min.

Rental Rates

Notes:

  1. Guests of Edenton Inn must use the "Rental Rates" drop-down menu (above) and "Add to Cart" button to officially secure contracted dates & rates. 
  2. In order to secure a reservation, guests of Edenton Inn must reserve their First Night of lodging with a non-refundable deposit of $110.00.
  3. The balance of the contracted rental rate is due 72 hrs. before check-in.
  4. In addition to contracted lodging nights, guests of Edenton Inn are required to add the "After Stay Cleaning" fee to their cart.
  5. Check in is at 3:00 p.m.  Checkout is at 10:00 a.m.

Edenton Inn is officially known as the William C. Waff House.  It is located in the heart of the Historic District of Edenton, North Carolina; "The South's Prettiest Small Town."  Edenton Inn is privately owned and available for short term and extended stay rentals.  Edenton Inn is ideal for anyone who loves the charm of a traditional Bed & Breakfast but wants the privacy of a hotel room.

Edenton Inn is located on the "Inner Banks" (IBX), just two blocks (eight houses) from the Albemarle Sound (seen above); you can see it from the front yard.  It is across the street from the historic Chowan County Courthouse and only a few steps from the center of town where you can step back in time and enjoy a freshly squeezed lemonade while taking in the sights of the 1700s or watching boats dock at Edenton Harbor.
